I have been a bank manager, working 60 hour weeks and taking care of a household. I have ran my own business while being a teacher. However, neither of these can compare to the job of being a mother and a teacher. Feeling undervalued is one of the three most common reasons why along with low pay and spending too much time on childcare paperwork.
