WebCypher is sadly useless on icebox and Im 99% sure that killjoy will be taking cyphers spot in pro play. Like you said his wires kinda suck for what theyre made to do here and his cages arent ever really good. Also there dont seem to be very many good camera spots which makes it difficult outplay opponents.
