WebDec 23, 2024 · Refit screw+rawlplug from loose curtain fitting. Curtain pole is held at 3 points by brackets which are screwed into the wall. Each screw has a rawlplug. Several have come loose such that the bracket has come off the wall. The holes left behind are a little wider than the rawlplug so basically there is no grip. Would like advice on solution. Screws used are silver coloured '32mm zinc plated dry wall screws' (not the black ones i've sometimes seen used with plasterboard). I've got a choice of fillers to use: 1) Pollyfilla Easy Sand Interior filler. Used this before and it's brilliant easy to sand.
